FIRST RENT is a professional residential management and leasing company that focuses on serving the needs of absentee owners who hold investment properties in San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles. FIRST RENT is here to provide you with the meticulous management services required of high-end properties. FIRST RENT has followed a path towards becoming one of Southern California’s premier residential management firms, offering best-in-class property management services. For nearly a decade, we have remained committed to integrity and excellence, delivering first-class service to our residents and an unsurpassed level of service to our clients.
FIRST RENT was launched in 2013 by Leland Banner, RMP®, a second-generation professional property manager with over 25 years of personal industry-specific experience. Leland has earned the Residential Management Professional (RMP®) designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®). Leland is also a graduate of The School of Business at Portland State University, earning a Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in Business Management.
Residential Management Professional (RMP®)
- RMP®’s has completed extensive course work and service projects for NARPM® and has demonstrated a strong dedication to the property management industry.
- They manage at least 100 units over a 2 year period and have held their real estate license for at least 2 years.
- They have completed 18 hours of NARPM® education courses.
