At First Rent, we provide full-service residential property management for property owners throughout San Diego County. Our approach is built on protecting the property, maintaining clear systems, and reducing the day-to-day burden of ownership through professional management.

We manage the full rental cycle, including rental pricing guidance, marketing, tenant screening, lease administration, rent collection, owner reporting, maintenance coordination, inspections, and turnover support.

Our standards are intentionally high. Before a property is marketed, First Rent requires it to meet defined rent-ready, safety, and habitability standards. During management, we use structured processes for inspections, leasing, maintenance coordination, and owner communication to keep operations clear and consistent.
